Self-propelled Atomizador: with a capacity of cisterna of 1.200 litres
Domag Iberian, S.A. commercialises the self-propelled atomizador Atom 1000 of Andreoli. This machine has a chassis in zinc, forged in hot and presents a cabin and a bodywork manufactured in fibre of glass. The cabin is presurizada, insonorizada and with air prefiltrado and conditioned.
The capacity of the cisterna is of 1.200 l, including the circuit of wash of the bomb.
The engine of the Atom 1000 is of 4 cylinders, of diesel turboalimentado, of the mark VM model D 704 LTE of 85 CV refrigerated by water.
The atomizador has of a bomb of membranes with cabeceras of bronze, of the mark Comet IDS 1400. The steering is selectable of 3 ways: 4 steeringal wheels, 2 steeringal wheels and of 'crab'.
It includes a premezclador stainless for fitofármacos. The agitador of the mix in the cisterna is of triple flow, and produces 630 l/min, to only 5 bar of pressesure of the bomb. In fact, the system takes advantage of the pressesure of the bomb, the discharge that does not go out by the filters and that goes back to the cisterna, more the water of the cisterna that reintegra by effect 'venturi'. Besides, there is other two stirrers that proceed to the mix at the bottom of the cisterna.
It has of 14 filters of double broadcast with device antigoteo. Can supply filters Albuz ATR or platelets of ceramics, to election of the customer. Besides, has a fan of 12 shovels regulables with embrague electromagnetic. Ventilation with correction and recovery of the air (system To.R.I.). The ventilation guarantees a totally uniform broadcast right-left and avoids the circulation of product powdered and aspire the dust and the leaves of the backside.
The atomizador includes a kit electrical of regulation of pressesure with 2 electrovalves for the closing of the filters of right and left.
The Atom 1000 measures 4,50 m of long, 1,40 m of width and 1,40 m of high, and weighs 2.000 kg.
