New Holland EZ-Steer
Assisted guidance systems: turn the steering wheel by the user
EZ-Steer is the world versatile and simple GPS-assisted guidance system and can be installed in all models of vehicles on the market provided that they are equipped with power steering. The steering wheel is turned by the EZ-Steer system user. This is accomplished through electric motor which is installed along with the steering of the vehicle and which is controlled from the guidance screen. While EZ-Steer keeps the vehicle online in any type of terrain, you can concentrate in many other tasks, such as managing a sprayer or a planter, to improve the quality of its work and performance culture and at the same time reducing stress.
Ground compensation technology: field compensation technology calculates the difference between the location of the GPS antenna and position desired, taking as a reference the central point of the vehicle on the ground. T2 technology improves the accuracy between passes regardless of the slope of the terrain.
Driver for EZ-Steer: using data from the GPS receiver, EZ-Steer controller sends precise instructions to the engine installed next to the steering wheel. T2 technology allows to continuously correct the rolling and the oscillation of the vehicle. This driver allows to know the exact position on the ground.
EZ-Steer engine: EZ-Steer motor receives electrical signals from the driver for EZ-Steer and makes them able to precise movements move the steering wheel enough to maintain the desired path. At any time you can take control of the machine, only turn the steering wheel. An optional foot pedal allows you to enable and disable EZ-Steer system without having to use their hands comfortably.
The EZ-Steer system is compatible with screens able to offer an accuracy of 2.5 cm when used with RTK EZ-Guide 250, EZ-Guide 500, EZ-Guide Plus, FM-750 and FM-1000 *.
* It's not compatible with EZ-Guide 250.
