Liability insurance is required for possible damages. Surplex will monitor the progress of the work to ensure that deadlines are met. ATTENTION : The list was drawn up by the delegated expert for the bankruptcy proceedings and has not benefited from further verification. Please note that any omissions are not attributable to Surplex. A thorough inspection is therefore recommended. An advance payment of €300 per day will be required for the costs of monitoring the collection operations. Every 30 days after the due date, the surveillance fee will vary by double the previous amount.
