Roundfloc Is a system of innovative manufacturing that offers advantages with regard to the preparadores of conventional geometry.
The relation between the volume of the cameras and the level of agitation in each one of them, guarantees a mix homogénea and a time of ideal maduration. By means of an electrical picture of control and control does work all the system of automatic form, ensuring the no interruption of the process and a dosage in optimum conditions of the product. This system of control facilitates the handle by part of the operator, that only has to impose the concentration to which wishes to prepare the product (in g/l) and the system commissions of dosificar the quantity of necessary product in function of the discharge of entrance of water.
Roundfloc Presents the following advantages with regard to the preparadores of conventional geometry:

- Versatility of use when can choose between system Roundfloc or Airfloc.
The variant Airfloc takes advantage of the geometry of the team to be able to opt by the agitation by means of air and like this delete the system of mechanical agitation in plants where have of a line of air compressesed. The system of agitation by air realizar by means of dosificadores especially designed to distribute the air in the distinct cameras and optimise the performance in the agitation.
The system Roundfloc / Airfloc is apt to work so much with liquid product like solid. All the equipment build entirely in Aisi 304 or 316.
It treats of a totally automatic system controlled by a PLC, in which the operator only has to indicate the concentration to which wishes to prepare the polielectrolito. The team prepares this concentration graduating the dose of product in function of the discharge of water of entrance.
Basic system in which the dose of polielectrolito keeps constant and the concentration will vary in function of the discharge of water of entrance to the team in each moment.
