Line for processing angle sections with traction system: a capacity for angle cutting of 250 x 250 x 25 mm
A capacity for angle cutting of 250 x 250 x 25 along with traction system by means of carriage, make Gamma 250 a solution for your needs in punching, drilling, marking and cutting large and medium sized angled sections.
The traction system with feeder trolley offers the maximum precision. Likewise, it allows you to combine punching with drilling. Gamma 250 punches thicknesses of up to 16 mm and drills with four tools per wing up to 32 mm in diameter.
Its powerful and versatile cutting station allows shearing profiles up to 250 x 250 x 25 mm.
The renowned and reliable cassette marker with up to 10 characters and 5 different references, along with programmable unloading systems, allows to identify and distribute production automatically.
The control is a fast, precise and user friendly unit by means of B&R state of the art devices.
The following available options will allow to increase the versatility and productivity of the Gamma TractionN 250 line: automatic loader, automatic unloading system and Line Pro software.
