The tendency to reduce processes it is revealed at Euromold
In approximately 80,000 square meters of exhibition, the participation of non-German exhibitors grew this time up to 36%. The main exhibitor country in terms of number of enterprises was Italy (20%), followed by Portugal (8%), France, Netherlands (with two separate 7%) and other countries among which are Spain, with 6%. One of the goals of this new edition was to attract the presence of countries of Eastern Europe, as well as others who came for the first time, as Hong Kong, Iran and Ukraine.
In the catalogue of the fair, as Spanish exhibitors, are the following companies: ABM moulds, Bermaq, Bolexp standard, Chamber of Commerce of Vigo, Coproin, Nicolás Correa, Cumsa, FEAMM, Hispamoldes, Informoldes, Irumold, Laip industries, buildings mechanics Marés, Matrigalsa, Mecanoplástica, Molmasa, buildings mechanics SoléWorkshops Rogasa, workshops Almarcha, Tromosa, Troquenor, Utecsa and Vert. In addition, plastics universal magazine was exposed in various press stands prepared by the Organization of the fair, confirming the success of the magazine even in the international environment, judging by the interest of some visitors who could be the number published before the faircorresponding to October.
On the rate of submitted product, a 30.8% of the exhibitors were moldistas. Manufacturers of prototypes and models accounted for 12.4% of the exhibitors and the manufacturers of machine tools or machines for rapid prototyping and rapid tooling, a 8.3%. Other products present were tools, software, engineering, materials and accessories, design, metrology, automation, finishing processes... The truth is that in Euromold has place a wide range of possible products, precisely because its own motto "from design, through the prototype to the series", covers the entire production process. And this is surely one of the keys to success of the fair.
Not least is true is not a fair of great news. The moldistas come to present the possible work that are capable of doing and designers bring a spectacular aesthetic nuance with cars of the future or other elements to the attention of the visitor to the fair. However, there is a field where, year after year, shows the future of these technologies. DSM are
This producer of materials (www.dsmsomos.com) announced the launch of innovative materials for the field of design and the Stereolithography in general and presented concrete applications. It thus stressed the prototypes made for the Super Sport model Roadster of Chevrolet, for which the advantages of the DSM Somos 9100 resin for Stereolithography took advantage. Also highlighted the prototypes carried out by the designers of the British company ETA. Axxicon
This moldista has developed a mold multicavidad capable of producing parts that normally require other finishing processes. By combining the operations of injection and a robot, the new system of Axxicon works with short production cycle and need a single mold. In an application for a manufacturer of filters Axxicon has developed a system in which several components are made of a single injected. After the opening of the mold, a robot performs the Assembly, uniting the pieces and the filter before the already mounted piece is sobremoldee in a final product, while in the same cycle are already pumping new components for the next Assembly.

Its differential characteristic is its parallel form that minimizes the space required in the mold. The use of a sleeve and a fastening system facilitates mounting (all the accommodations are cylindrical) and the subsequent regulation in height of the clip, which fixes the possible errors of machining.
