Sercobe Signs an agreement with the Spanish Office of Patents and Marks to promote the patent rights

The general director of the National Association of Manufacturers of Goods of Team (Sercobe), Antonio Garcíapons, and the subsecretario of Industry, Power and Tourism and president of the Spanish Office of Patents and Marks (OEPM), Enrique Hernández Bento, have signed an agreement of collaboration to promote the knowledge and the utilisation of the exclusive rights that awards the Patent rights between the companies associated to Sercobe.

Specifically, this agreement will benefit economically to the companies associated to Sercobe that will enjoy of fiscal deductions by technology transfer (“patent box”), discounts of 30% in the price of the technological reports of patents and of technological surveillance, helps that awards the OEPM by the protection of the Patent rights and of support to the internationalisation by means of the defence of his products and marks in the global markets, between other advantages.
