Fremm Delivers the Professional Card of the Construction before 1 January

‘If you have the training, will have the work', prays the new campaign that has launched the Fremm —Regional Federation of Employers of the Metal of Murcia— so that any of the companies of the metal lose his agreements in the field of the construction, as from 31 December will not be able to realise them without the necessary training, basic for the obtaining of the Professional Card of the Construction (TPC).

The Fremm offers to the companies of the metal all his human resources and technicians to make possible his contracting in works of construction. An outsourcing that, from 1 January 2012, demands to the employers and workers of the metal have of the necessary training, being advisable, likewise, be in possession of the Professional Card of the Construction.

From the first day of the new year, all those that compose the companies of the metal will have to fulfil obligatoriamente with the requirements of necessary training to loan his services in the construction. To lack they, will close the doors to the outsourcing in a sector that is vital by the multiple works of the metal related with the activity constructor.

The requirements contemplate in the State Agreement of the Metal, that concrete that the subject workers to the General Diet of the Social Security have to realise a course of training divided in an initial level, that consists of 8 hours, and second cycle, that adds other 20 hours. It will not be sufficient to surpass only the initial level neither with the Professional Card of the Construction (TPC).

In the case of the managerial workers autonómos (with workers to his charge in General Diet), also will have to do a course of 10 hours.

The workers that are in possession of the Basic Course of Prevention of Labour Risks (50 or 60 hours), validates them part of the training demanded, by what only have to realise a polyvalent course of 6 hours of length by each activity that realise.

From 1 January, therefore, all the workers that develop his work in works of the construction will have the complete training demanded in the State Agreement of the Metal, being interesting, likewise, that possess Professional Card of the Construction for the Sector Metal, in spite of that it was not exigible by law.
