Geka Optimises his lines of production beside Fagor Automation

Big part of the world-wide metallic production does nowadays by means of mature technologies that hardly have varied in the time. However, the vitality of these technologies reflects in the development of automatic lines of production with capacities of production and security every time greater.

From 1919, Geka caters to the industry metal-mechanical with manual teams for perforación and court (punzonado, cizallado and, more recently, taladrado and folded), so much of llanta as of profiles.

For the control of all the axes, actuators and the systems of manoeuvre of the most complex lines, Geka Automation integrates numerical controls CNC 8070 developed by Fagor Automation. The collaboration with Fagor Automation has allowed to develop for each one of the lines an interface of amicable control for the user, with possibility to inspect the state of the distinct sensors and define easily the size / position of each tool. The flexibility of the control has seen reflected in the design of new modules for the machines.
