The Guild of Workshops of Repair of Cars of the Region of Murcia (Gretamur), in collaboration with the Regional Federation of Employers of the Metal of Murcia (Fremm), is distributing between his talleristas associated a pack with different models of letters headed to the insurers to defend the rights of the users that formulate complaints on the attention of the companies. The preparation of these documents are an answer of Gretamur and Fremm to his associated to facilitate the relation between the talleristas with the insurers of face to salvaguardar to the drivers especially on the free election of the users of his workshop of confidence to the hour to repair his vehicle siniestrado and in the peritaje of a rugged vehicle.
