Spain, Italy and Portugal, joined by the promotion of the R&D

The first of them analysed/analyzed the paper of the education and of the human capital in the processes of innovation, with special attention to the current conditions of training and employment in the three countries and to the main measures for his improvement.

The second subject that treated was the one of the Public Purchase of innovative Technology (CPTi) like mechanism to promote the innovation, and especially the opportunities that offers a new generation of politics of promotion of the innovation based in the public contracting of products and services that has implications very direct in the birth and growth of innovative markets, in the improvement of the efficiency of the public sector and of the service to the citizens and in the answer to social challenges key.

Finally, a third conjoint work presented during the Meeting centred/centered in the public finance of the R&D in Spain, Italy and Portugal like focus of opportunities for the collaboration of the three countries in conjoint projects.
