Maquinser delivers a new lathe Biglia roboticized Inoxforma

The second B-658 automated by maquinser engineering has been put into production by its customer Inoxforma for the production of balls for outside diameter of 315 mm valves and internal 200, up to 25 kilos of weight.
Biglia B-658 lathe is the same as the supplied above, it is a lathe 2 axes equipped with programmable counterpoint and head ASA 8.
Maquinser Engineering has delivered the line in mode keys in hand, for which he commissioned the design and construction of inner and outer mooring systems, special tool, construction of Cartesian robot structure portal provided by Güdel, construction of the storage system and parts of gripping of the robot, in addition to the construction of the electrical panel, robot programs and programming consoles in this case supplied by Siemens.
Inoxforma, company specialized in the construction of balls for constructed valves in stainless sheet according to the requirements of its customers, has returned to rely on Maquinser after the experience between the two companies with the installation of the first line in the year 2008.
