Femeval welcomes the industrial Observatory of the sector of manufacturers of equipment

The National Association of manufacturers of capital goods (Sercobe), in collaboration with the Valencia Business Confederation (CEV) and the Valencian metallurgical Business Federation (Femeval), held a Conference to present the conclusions of the Industrial Observatory of the sector of manufacturers of equipment.
The Ministry of industry, tourism and trade; the Ministry of labour and immigration; the entities Federation of innovation and technology (FEDIT); Sercobe; Metal, construction and General Workers Union related (industry Federation MCA-UGT) and Comisiones Obreras (CC OO industry) industry Federation comprise this Observatory set up in 2005, to promote industrial policies that allow that this strategic sector Spanish industrial development remains a dynamic asset of the national economy.
This year it chose to Valencia to present the work carried out in 2010, that the growing industrial potential of the region constitutes a significant demand for the manufacture of equipment. The Director-general of industry, Ministry of industry, trade and innovation, Julia Climent, and the President of the CEV, José Vicente González, opened the meeting Tuesday, June 14. During the day, the members of the Observatory presented the results of the work carried out in 2010 and the recommendations relating to restructuring of employment and working conditions, technological analysis related to energy efficiency, gaps of market supply and demand for capital equipment in industry and services and institutional vision for this sector.
