Born OpenSAFETY, first bus independent field and secure protocol

Comes OpenSAFETY, the first bus of independent field and secure protocol, with the potential to become the standard protocol security in communication and transfer of information in the field of automation-oriented. The software is open source and compatible with all industrial Ethernet protocols. Part of OpenSAFETY on the Powerlink Protocol, EPSG (Ethernet POWERLINK Standardization Group) has implemented comprehensive solutions in OpenSAFETY and fully functional based on Modbus TCP, Ethernet/IP and SERCOS III, which will probably grow, will be consolidated in the market as its security protocol.

A recent study by the Institute of international renown Independent Market Research Institute (IMS Research) discussed the exchange of information between systems of industrial Ethernet.
