Gala shows at the K 2010 granulation with head submerged systems

The Gala company, represented in Spain by C.T. service - Centrotécnica, participates in the 2010 K this year, which is held between 27 October and 3 November in Düsseldorf (Germany). The company, an expert in the manufacture of equipment for the granulation of all kinds of compounds, masterbatch, polymers, adhesives, gum base for chewing gum, rubber, asphalt, varnishes and microgranules for rotational moulding, shows their latest in systems of granulation with head submerged. Thus, the stand of Gala (Hall 9, stand B65) has new centrifugal dryers developed by the company, with a capacity for up to 100,000 kg/h; the new design of the Heat Flux rows reacondicionables; the new EAC slicer with electronic adjustment of the cutting blades, and the system of drying and filtering MB 500-BF2, a compact system of pelletising up to 500 kg/h with filtering of the fine by a band of fabric without knitting that he keeps completely clean water of the team.

It also presents its latest innovation in the CPT Process, a process of direct crystallization of the PET. The pellets retains the necessary heat for their crystallization and goes directly to the packaging process. The savings in investment is 50% and 30% in manufacturing costs.
