Ehaff exhibits at the BIEMH the latest filtration and metal swarf management

In the 2010 edition of the Biennale of machine-tool, Ehaff assists with two of its new products: the system IBD of leakage of refrigerant fluids (without consumables) and the swarf Liqui Crusher.

IBD filtration systems are highly contrasting solutions and more than 25 facilities mounted on Spain in recent years are proof of this. The efficiency of 100% of the IBD facilities leads to a considerable improvement in the productive processes in your company. Regardless of the flow of fluid to be treated, once integrated into the production system, separate both solid particles and the strange greasing oils from the machines. It is economic filtration system, without supplies and with a great versatility of functioning, lacking practically the maintenance of the equipment.

The Liqui chip crusher is the ideal solution for the management of chip in centres of machining, automotive, industry, steel mills and junkyards. Crush all kinds of materials: steel to carbon, stainless steels, alloys of steel with resistance up to 1,200 N/mm² or higher, alloys of aluminium, titanium, uranium, plastic, glass, etc. Thanks to the low speed of rotation of the crusher arm, is a low power consumption and reduced wear of components. The charge can be continuous or discontinuous. If the shredder head is blocked by a solid piece, the crushing stops and gives back, extracting the piece through a lateral segment that opens.
