Roscamat takes advantage of its participation in the BIEMH to present the new model of machine Roscamat Mosquito, the screw of jointed-arm robots "small world".
True to its philosophy of "continuous and tenacious belief improves" in the development of new machines that bring substantial improvements to our clients, Tecnospiro Machine Tool has created this new and simple model equipped with electric single-phase motor (230 V) and electronic equipment with speed changer for adaptation to the requirements of the material to Threading.
There are 3 different versions depending on engine and capacity of threaded:
- 300 Rpm, with a capacity of screw motor: M2-M14 (M16 in aluminum)
- 600 Rpm, with a capacity of screw motor: M2-M12 (M12 in aluminum)
- 2-Speed engine: 300 and 600 rpm; with a capacity of threaded between M2 and M14.
In addition, also is you can equip with orientable head (VH) use simple and quick to make thread in horizontal direction without having to handle the matter of threading pieces.
Among other additional features are available: a maximum radius of work of 750 mm; maximum height of work of 515 millimetres (lift base); the adjustable-speed drive potentiometer for regulating the speed of threaded; magnetic PIN to position the machine to sleep; option of equipping the machine with automatic tool lubrication system.
