Industrial wheels and magnets of retention, protagonists at the stand of Elesa Ganter at BIEMH 2010
New line of industrial wheels for machines and equipment
After the success achieved with the elements of leveling, positioning machines and equipment in a fixed manner, Elesa Ganter has changed its approach, with the new line of wheels, mainly rubber and polyurethane.
Through a detailed analysis of the market, Elesa+Ganter has identified the main types and sizes of industrial wheels to meet the needs of movements, primarily manual, in industrial facilities.
- RE.FF: wheels made on the basis of polyamide covered with injected polyurethane, especially suitable for smooth floors.
- RE.F5: wheels cast aluminium with a cover of polyurethane moulded, very soft, indicated for heavy loads and for soil smooth or slightly Rugose.
- RE.F8: monolithic wheels made with base poliamídica, excellent, only suitable for smooth floors smoothness.
- RE.G1: made poliamídica with thermoplastic rubber based grey anthracite, suitable for flooring smooth and slightly rough.
- RE.E3: two sheets of galvanized steel with rubber Vulcanized, suitable to be used particularly on not perfectly smooth floors.
- RE.C7: wheels made with base poliamídica with vulcanised natural rubber coating of grey colour, suitable for light loads.
Housings galvanized or stainless steel for applications requiring high corrosion resistance, which may be fixed or rotating, and brake or without it.
The basis for fixing presented oval holes for easy fixing.
Magnets of retention for realization of fixations
"The Elesa+Ganter company presents the new line of products in the bienal machine-tool of ' holding magnets". The new and extensive range includes different types and designs, as they are magnets shaped discs, bars, button and magnets with a U-shaped.
Due to its structure, all magnets have a single contact surface, while all the power of attraction focused on the area directly in contact with the iron. Many of the designs have a system of protected magnets, to prevent the outer part is magnetice.
Elesa+Ganter provides the magnets in different materials:
- Hard ferrite (HF), is a material with a reasonable price that can be used in temperature conditions up to 200 ° C. The magnetic attraction force is good, but decreases with increasing temperature.
- Aluminio-Níquel - Cobalt (AlNiCo) is extremely hard and durable and can be machined. These magnets provide us with a force of constant and regular attraction even with large temperature fluctuations, and it can be used in conditions of temperature as high as 450 ° C.
- Samario-Cobalto (SmCo) has a large force of magnetic attraction, is resistant to high temperature (350 ° C) and is non-desmagnetizable.
- Neodimio-Hierro - Boron (NdFeB) is the magnet with the greater force of magnetic attraction, and is non-desmagnetizable.
Retention type disc magnets are available with zinc coating, painted in red or with rubber cover. Rubber coating makes these magnets the ideal choice for delicate surfaces. In addition, the coefficient of friction increased, because the lateral forces have contained. Magnets-shaped bar, lacquered or zinc coated bearing red, can be placed to pressure, stuck or pressed. The Poles in the GN 54.1 are arranged in the form of sandwich. Magnets type button and a U are made of aluminum, nickel and cobalt, painted in red and with the magnet surface divided. They reach high forces of retention, also at high temperatures.
To prevent the degaussing, the majority of the magnets are sent along with a chapita of iron.
