Structured white light SIDIOPro of nub3d 3D scanner
The 3D SIDIO Pro scanner allows the measurement of surfaces in 3D to give support to the processes of design and reverse engineering, quality control and inspection.
It has a new projection technology, based in its entirety in digital components, which reduces data acquisition time making it into the scanner more quickly from the market in this range of resolution, according to the company.
Its advantages include digitizing without physical marks on the piece and a new projection technology that allows the scanning of sheet metal without spray. This makes it ideal for use in sectors such as sheet metal, stamping, casting, etc.
Dimensional control in the production of nub3d line
The main features of this system are a shooting speed of 0.26 seconds with an acquisition of 1.4 million points by shooting, the ability to measure without physical marks on the piece, the ability to measure pieces of sheet metal without using nuanced… spray and a head for the most demanding manufacturing environments.
The software includes libraries for integration with robots, easily programmable and can be adapted to the needs of the client and integration with the leading software in the field of inspection from clouds of points, Polyworks/Inspector.
DPA AICON Photogrammetry by nub3d
AICON DPA allows points measurement and control equipment and large workpieces with an accuracy of 2µm + 5µm/m.
