New technologies applied to these containers are intended to simplify the work of the consumer in the kitchen and to increase their security, according to the organizers of the seminar, to be held in Paterna (Valencia) on 3 and 4 November.
The seminar, aimed at transforming companies of the plastic and packagers of raw material, directors technical, quality, production, r & d, design and business, seeks to "establish a meeting point for science and technology enterprises, research staff and technology centres".
These developments include packaging capable of issuing smart messages, with a bar code that transmits to various electrical appliances in the kitchen information to make any dish, reference to the date of expiry, data preservation, as well as containing information security and interest for people with allergies, among other options.
Also packaging interactive with the sensations of the consumer, may be known as it is the incorporation of aromas resulting in the feeling of satiety user, in order to monitor uncontrolled consumption of food consumers with weight problems.
