The company has already signed the agreement that will facilitate the construction of this facility with the port district of Yolo, Sacramento, in a project that will be lifted on an area of 64.75 hectares, in public land leased to the district. The port Commission already has authorized, with this Pact, the staff of the port to develop the project, at the time that continue the procedures to achieve the environmental permit.
The site of the future solar Park is currently used for the storage and drying of the raw material extracted by the dredges of the depth of the channel of the port, as well as for pastures. These two usages will continue after the development of the project.
