Danobat attends the 2009 Emo with their latest

Danobat has extensive experience in the design and manufacture of winches. Since 1954, has dedicated itself to the construction of horizontal and vertical lathes, having supplied machines to a wide variety of companies in the major industrial sectors: automotive, aeronautical, outsourcing, energy, wind energy, etc.

At the EMO exhibition, Danobat comes with its VTC vertical turning centres, which are characterized by its excellent precision, large production capacity, the diversity of operations that can perform (turning, grinding, milling, drilling, etc.), as well as for designing modular which allows setting up the machine according to the specifications required by the client. These centers of turning can be machined parts up to 6,000 mm in diameter, and a maximum altitude of 4,500 mm.

In a market that demands precision and versatility are increasing, the new vertical grinding machine VG is the proposal of Danobat for grinding workpieces large and intermediate as you gears, stators and components for aircraft engines, etc.

The machine has two separate cars, transversal carriage that houses the Bureau or dish (C axis) and vertical carriage which is mounted the grinding head or shaft B. The plate with hydrostatic bearing of constant pressure enables less than 2 microns radial redondeces and a capacity of absorption of vibration to obtain less than 0.3 Ra surface finishes. The machine options include systems of measurement during grinding or finished part, multicabezal turret with axis B, store and tools changer. Machines range from dish diameter 500 to 2,000 mm and rectifiable altitudes from 500 to 1,000 mm.

On the other hand, universal grinders HG-62 range consists of three models with distances between points of 1,000, 1,500 and 2,000 mm with a height of 225 mm points to rectify pieces of up to 500 kg between points.

In its simplest configuration, the machine has a head grinding wheel of 'plongée' straight or angular grinding wheel of 760 x 100 mm in diameter and optionally with B axis and multiple combinations of grinding of interiors and exteriors. The design is intended for the incorporation of all kinds of accessories of positioning, mooring, drag, as well as commercial measurement systems and the system of measurement 'in-process' and 'post-process' absolute MDM, manufactured by Danobat.
