MaxX Energy: maximum expression of the concentrated power
A careful selection of high energy permanent magnets and a subsequent optimization of relative tolerances of coupling with the stator and the rotor, have allowed an 'optimized' version of the MaxX 250 and 500 models.
An increase in benefits by 20%, proposed in the 'energy' version of the models 300 and 600 MaxX has been obtained with the same dimensions and weights.
Corona neutral and double magnet
The MaxX series is born fruit of long experience and tradition of Tecnomagnete in the development of permanent magnets for lift and mooring systems. The key elements of the elevator, in other words, the stator and the rotor, are designed with construction monoblock with total absence of welds or elements of the Union in order to ensure constant performance and absolute reliability in time.
The magnetic circuit of "neutral Crown', based on the entire production of the Italian company, consent to the concentration of the flow exclusively in the polar area, that is, only where served, ensuring optimal and constant, benefits the absence of the flow and magnetic residue dispersionsavoiding unwanted with other adjacent cargo attractions.
Cycles are carried out with the simple rotation of the lever without effort. The rotor, only movable component, is supported on bearings of sphere, without friction during rotation. The good power-to-weight ratio is a consequence of the magnetic circuit of 'double magnet' (rotor+estator) and new monobloc construction. The MaxX elevators are, therefore, strong and light, easy to handle and valid for any application of ferrous elevation. This unibody construction has allowed to simplify the production cycle with a reduction in the workforce and an improvement in the flow of the product. Specific equipment of great power are used to polarize the magnets in a uniform manner with the fully assembled elevator, in order to obtain a perfect balance of magnetic flux. Each elevator MaxX is individually controlled in order to ensure and certify all the operating parameters provided, in respect of the most stringent international standards.
Treatment with nickel carried out on all the pieces of steel also prevents the formation of roña, improves the life of components and allows a greater surface hardness of the area polar, obtaining good conditions of contact with the load and the 'respect' for machined surfaces.
Activation and deactivation
In the phase of turning ('Demag') and ('Mag'), rotor is spinning through the cam, allowing the investment of the polarity of the magnets located inside and modifying both the movement of the magnetic flux. The burden is held only by the continued strength of permanent magnets and the structure of steel unibody of the elevator.
With a simple rotation of the lever is activated or deactivated the elevator. During the 'mag' phase, the lever is rigidly locked by a mechanical safety device, which prevents any possibility of accidental release. The locking device is simple and clearly visible, so the operator can always ensure operating conditions of the elevator.
High energy developed by the permanent magnets with high concentration of magnetic flux produced exclusively in the polar area, without dispersion in flow, allow the elevator MaxX 'to feel' the operator when mooring conditions are not optimal. In this case, the movement of the lever is irregular and presents much difficulty. Then, the operator is obliged to a more suitable position, receiving greater resistance in the operation of magnetization, and can act with optimum levels of security.
MaxX TG: great flexibility with thin
The magnetic elevator MaxX version TG was founded to meet the need to safely and efficiently manipulate plates and tubes with thin. The special structure of the polar surface, together with an appropriate balance of present in the stator and the rotor magnets can concentrate the magnetic flux in a close distance. The rotation of the lever is fluid, guaranteeing the magnetic force constant and uniform over the entire surface of contact.
ATS system: interactive security
Magnetic elevators of MaxX 1000 and 2000 MaxX Tecnomagnete manual command can be supplied with the integrated load ATS 'Self Test' patented system.
This device is ready to detect the force generated by the MaxX elevator on the specific load and then compare it with the same weight, determined by a cell of load in the ring of the elevator.
When the force generated by the elevator is not at least equal to twice the weight of the load, the system emits a signal noise and visible to warn the operator, which will paralyze the operation of elevation.
Digital screen displays relative values so that the operator can obtain all the information necessary to automate the manipulation in optimal conditions of security.
Oppress simply the activation button, before proceeding to the 'mag' phase, the ATS device is enabled and verifies both the force generated by the elevator in relation to the load in contact as the weight of the load to lift.
Two MaxX/ATS models can be used in a traditional manner within the coefficient of safety 3 provided for in the current standards or also activating the ATS system can be manipulated in a responsible manner with weight, even increased burdenstaking advantage of the 2 coefficient of the ATS alarm.
MaxX 125: the smallest and practical
The 125 MaxX is the smallest of the elevators of the MaxX range. The compact dimensions allow its use in very small spaces and with cranes of limited capacity, being very flexible to have on board supplied swivel hook series.

For the manipulation of plates in vertical Tecnomagnete offers the MVS system. The typical application is that of the loading / unloading of a piece on a milling machine with horizontal head. Through simple steps, it is possible to manipulate the piece on one side and after the other, to make competing works.
MVS easily adapts to pieces of various dimensions, by changing the position of the lock burones. MVS is made to the MaxX 250/500/1000 models.
