Maquinser celebrates its 4th 'Muratec European Dealer Meeting'

On June 12, Maquinser held in its new headquarters in Granollers (Barcelona) a new edition of the meeting of distributors of Muratec.
After the welcome, in charge of Akira Maeda (director general), Ochiai (export Manager) exhibited the excellent results achieved in 2008 by the Division of machine tool group Muratec, surpassing 1,200 manufactured lathes.
Then, and taking into account the circumstances of the market, were presented the results for the year 2009 (will be recalled that in Japan the fiscal year begins and ends in the month of March).
Presentations by each distributor served as Prolegomena to the analysis of market in general and of each country in particular. Exposed different policies for sale allowed to reach a consensus on the business strategy for this year 2009. The dealers present at that meeting came from Germany, Spain, Italy, Benelux, France, England, and Turkey.
For her part, Mr Tanaka (director of r & d) introduced new models MT 200 with two and three towers, axis and for work in bar, gantry loader, or both. Also the model 400 ML for mechanization of axes with loading gantry and the model MW 50 table for machining small parts and short time of machining.
In turn, Ryuichi Itomoto (director sales Europe) gave information on the subject of the new edition of Emo that will be held in October in Milan.
Finally, the Chief of service in Europe, Mr Kobata, reported increased references in stock in Europe to be able to accelerate deliveries of spare parts.
