Union RTF innovates in extrusion with a complete line of thermoforming and a corrotante double screw extruder

The complete line for the production of thermoforming sheet works through an extruder single of entirely new design, with reduced diameter of spindle, but with great productivity. The same machine can produce PET, polypropylene, and polystyrene, without requiring intervention for replacement of details. The new line guarantees a productivity similar to that of a machine of double volume (ensures a productivity that traditionally obtained by extrusion machines of 120 mm). This machine, on the other hand, can produce PET flakes without drying pre, at a cost of production and consumption of energy less than the other machines on the market, an exceptional result that situates the machine in a privileged position.
The other machine, extruder of double corrotante spindle, which together with the first presented at the Plast 09, can be any type of thermoplastic material, in addition to using a compound line or a line of extrusion of manufacturingtubes or plates. The advantage of this machine, with respect to the traditional, is the simplicity of the design, without superfluous accessory, but with the quality and strength of the mark.
On the other hand, Union offers a facility for the production of undulating sheet which uses a completely innovative technology on traditional facilities. It is a new solution that allows to obtain the same results at a time to obtain more sophisticated machines, complex use and higher cost.
In the past, machines with these characteristics would have required a longer preparation time, while today has prevailed the mentality of task and present it in a shorter time.
In addition, these machines clearly shows the synergy Union - used. Currently, Union machines for the production of expanded compact solid product and at the same time also proposed a line for the production of semiexpandido.
A market with new horizons
There are well defined markets: is the market of packaging which has been developed much in recent times and that in the next few years will not experience changes in raw materials and products. If there are, however, a major change at the level of industrial products such as components for cars, household appliances and materials used for thermal insulation; they are all fields where the Union and RTF are true specialists. Part of the innovation, Union used has been an expansion of the range of products that was first confined to the blade, and now reaches to the panel for the construction and installations for the production of profiles and also the compound.
