Fuel the new transfer Newton Italtech, equipped with an innovative system of closure

Italtech, represented by Centrotécnica in Spain, has launched its new fuel transfer Newton of 180 to 1,000 tons, to be presented at the last Plast 2009 in Milan. Italtech Newton has a small size, don't need much maintenance and, among other advantages, has an innovative system of closure of two plates, with smooth columns.

The Italtech Newton offers a great productive capacity and an easy to use, with an innovative system of closure, low energy consumption and low need for maintenance.

The machine was created looking for maximum functionality, since the change of mould to the visual inspection of all the hydraulic and electrical components.

The monitoring and control system consists of two industrial PC, first responsible for the supervision of the machine, while the second deals with the management of the sources of inputs and outputs and perform the functions of regulation and control of movements.

The modules of inputs and outputs are connected to the PC of regulation through a BUS series or also via TCP/IP with its communication protocol. The connection between the PC's display and the PC of regulation, is carried out through a TCP/IP connection based on OPC technology. The Newton series is also controlled via remote access. The OPC solves one of the problems characteristic of systems of automation, communication and the exchange of data between different systems and applications.

There are many combinations between closing and injection, as well as accessories, versions and equipment, such as demands of different sectors of transformation by injection, with a wide range of machines ranging from the 180 to 1,000 tonnes of clamping force.
