Madaula shows their range of standard products at the fair, but thanks to new technologies, can provide benefits adapted to all kinds of jobs.
It offers angular headset that allow access to sites of difficult machining and finish the piece in a single down. They have a smooth and quiet, operation with the teeth of precision of gears, body of titanium, ceramic bearings and cooling internal high-pressure (70 bar).
In addition, Madaula exposes their special multiple headers, with passage of coolant through the center of the spindle, bodies of cast iron, with spindles and bearings of high precision and very small distances between centres. Always taking into account which must be light and easy to assemble to expedite the immerse the user.
One of the products presented in the BIEMH are speed multipliers. After 45 years of experience have further improved the finishes and a more robust and precise construction has been reconfigured. Also it is possible reach more than 30,000 rpm reducing to the maximum possible vibrations.
