Milling of high speed
Of the Gantry type with high crossbar mobile and table fixed, as well as gantry, mobile table result of experience gained in more than 15 years of activity in the design and manufacture of solutions dedicated in high-speed milling machines.
Gantry type machines and Portico, 3 and 5 axes are to increase the field of work considerably allowing more applications, such as the matrices for bodywork, models of style and large structures in the aerospace industry.
In particular, models of type portico will complete the range for more traditional applications: machined roughing or materials very hard, as alloys of steel and titanium, typical of the aviation industry and energy.

The self-supporting structure of the Gantry of high bridge and fixed table type allows a continued support of the mobile group crossbar/RAM throughout its route on widely outsized guides by rolling.

Depending on the hardware you get the desired configuration: C0 with Windows operating system for applications for milling of molds and aeronautical pieces or F0 with Linux operating system for the general mechanical sector, grinding and drilled deep.
This new series controls manage Xpower digital drives and peripherals I/O Lux Fidia.
Among the new hardware, to be presented the new CPU7 and CPU8 cards with processor 8245 that equate the latest generation CNC.

The HMS device is a very useful tool for who want to calibrate a head or a table, as builders of machines or retrofitadores.
In addition, with the great ease of use, it is also of great interest to the users of the machines, in order to undergo periodic controls of precision machines.
