DMG presents in Hall 3, stand B06-C05, the new automatic lathes Multislide MSL 42/60 for the mass production of simple pieces, medium difficulty of brass, aluminum and steel and the universal milling machine DMU 40 monoBLOCK, equipped with 5-axis series and up to a 200% greater dynamism in the rotary axes.

Gital (Italian Gildemeister) is now focused on the new automatic Multislide CNC lathes, Multislide 42 with capacity of 42 mm rod and Multislide 60 pieces of maximum 60 mm in diameter.

Multislide CNC MSL 42 and 60 MSL Lathes are compact machines for an efficient and cost-effective production in series of simple pieces, medium difficulty of brass, aluminum and steel. The objective of these machines is to replace the innumerable Conventional lathes single by more productive machines. It is the case of the MSL series, which stands out for one more than convincing price / performance.

The standard version of both machines includes six-axis CNC and four posts for the simultaneous machining tool, as well as two Crusader tanks. Extending the standard version, Gital offers an advanced version of the MSL machine with three Crusader tanks and turret with integrated pick-up spindle. In addition, the advanced version offers maximum capacity 14 tools, as well as the possibility of using three of these tools for machining rear. Tool setting CNC-controlled, crossover car 2 and 3 and with the turret provides maximum flexibility and a high level of performance. This equipment also allows internal applications of CNC turning and operations of turning complex for rear machining.
