Industries Agme, at Biemh 2008
February 20, 2008
AGME presents its new generation of radial remachadoras that incorporate a new system of lubrication as well as new materials to reduce the emission of noise and advance the control and check processes. These changes are the result of a policy of continuous improvement carried out by its r & d Department.
In addition, Agme integrates in its remachadoras the most advanced quality assurance systems that guarantee a proper implementation of the riveting process:
• Riveter RR-12 with CP-1 quality assurance system.
• Riveter RR-14 with COP-2 quality assurance system.
Also, in this event, Agme exposes its new mini hydraulic presses (PHM-5) adapted to the increasing standards of security of the European Community. These machines can be used in many applications: riveting, marking, punching, deformation, drawing, inclusion of caps, etc.
The operation of the hydraulic press PH-15 Pro which incorporates the most advanced technology in the field of control of pressure and the position of the route have also can be seen in situ. These presses can be delivered as turnkey solutions also to develop the tools best suited to the technical requirements of each operation.
RR-12 NCD flexible riveting Center is presented in the BIEMH as the best option for riveting any geometric configuration to provide the location of rivets without rather than introduce a sequence of riveting process.
