January 7, 2008
It is already customary to take for granted that in Europe (and Spain) the automation in the plastics industry is already an obligation. This claim, do there is actually in demand for robots of this industry?
Demand for robots in the sector is increasing year after year. Companies are raising awareness that the automation of machines is critical to remain competitive and give added value to the product produced.
Does plenty of room in Spain for the sale of robots in the plastics industry?
Spain is much work to do in this regard. There are still companies that do not see the robot as a competitive advantage but as an unnecessary expense. Looking at it from that point of view hardly automatizaran their machines and when want to realize already will not be competitive in the industry. On the other hand, there are still pieces (old moulds) are not prepared for extraction of machine by robot. In this sense, the moulds industry also has to say much about.
There is room to improve the robots? What technical characteristic is your company focusing to make improvements? (speed, accuracy, cost reduction...).
Room for improvement always there are in all products. We are focusing on providing a quality product, such as robots Max affordable for all types of businesses. In the catalog, we have several types of robots (with three servo motors, mixed, tyres, pumps, etc) thus depending on the application and the client's needs we offer the right equipment.
