Energy savings of 50% with the new series of injectors Boy 'e'
December 16, 2008
The basis of the functioning of this new series of injectors is the use of a servo motor to the drive of the hydraulic pump of the machine, something unique in the world and a truly revolutionary result. Unlike traditional systems of pump of variable displacement controlled electronically which are managed by means of an asynchronous motor (adjustable performance and pressure via an internal swivel angle), the operation of the pump with motor servo of Boy leaves the pressure converter control. It is precisely this converter that controls the pressure required with variable speed and extremely dynamic and precise manner. When the capacity of the pump is required, the motor servo works only with the exact speed required to establish the necessary performance. Moreover, the engine is stopped and does not use energy. The revitalization of the engine marks without delay and with full payload of the bomb as soon as is required.
Energy saving is approximately a 50 per cent resembling the energy used for electromechanical operation machines, but with the advantages of the experienced hydraulic technology and its applications.
The operation of the pump motor servo only transfers a small amount of heat to the oil, thus, the required quantity of cooling energy is reduced to a minimum. The new technology reduces the noise of the machine to a 20 per cent and is 10% faster and more dynamic.
Patented Procan Alpha control, Boy stays in the lead in using systems of management of sweeping possibilities of programming, with an easy to use friendlier interface. It offers the possibility, for example, transfer of information from the CPU of the machine with mobile phones. The ease of use, the pages of screen designed with logic, with little text and symbols easily recordables, allow the fast and intuitive working through the digital display Procan Alpha 15 ".
"With our latest presentations, we succeed in our ultimate goal of energy efficiency, which was confirmed with the large number of visitors and interested parties who have been by our stand at the Fakuma fair Equiplast as at the open house recently held on the occasion of our 40th anniversary..." "In particular, managed to convince many of those who still were not customers of the benefits of our technology", said Klaus Geimer, director of sales and marketing, to check the results of the demonstration.
