The Institute of machine-tool obtains the ISO 9000: 2000
on March 12, 2003
Since 1998 the HMI holds the ISO 9001 certification for all its activities from initial training (formative cycles), continuing and vocational training and engineering company in alternation. According to the adaptation required all organizations certified with the ISO, HMI has developed a quality plan during 2002 to adapt to the requirements of the new standard.
The ISO 9000: 2000 is based on eight quality management principles that emphasize the leadership of the direction, the approach to processes and customers, data analysis and the participation of the staff. Thus the ISO 9000 standards take a step further as a means towards total quality management.
HMI since the beginning of his activity, has tried to develop its work in the service of companies and society with a marked goal oriented towards the continuous improvement of its processes and products.
