TTT Group continues to grow thanks to the integration of special processes
April 25, 2008
Aeronautics is not a new area for TTT group. He has, among others, the certification of aeronautical Nadcap special process, the aeronautical certificate 'other party' EN9100 and approvals for this sector of Rolls - Royce, EADS - CASA, ITP, Aernnova, Airbus, Sikorsky and Messier - Dowty. All of them endorse the savoir-faire of this group.
The TTT group has identified a deficiency, which is none other than the dispersion of special processes to those who have to undergo most of aeronautical pieces. It is known by all that the pieces need of special processes, 'fly' zones, countries, etc., in search of solutions. This entails an increase in management, logistics, transport, time and price, among other factors.
Special processes are that in most cases are crucial when it comes to awarding orders, because they are many and scattered and because nowadays demand from customers that the offer is greater.
The TTT group focuses on the special process, requested by parts manufactured in all types of steels and titanium. In its portfolio of clients, it has nuclear machining and complementary processes, which is supported to provide the most complete and competitive for its clients solutions.
The aeronautical sector, with high expectations of growth in the next 15 years, is demanding better parts, sub-assemblies, mounts and the more complete packages. "Thanks to this dynamic, with existing facilities, most new investments undertaken and with processes already implanted in facilities of customers - suppliers with whom we participate, we are able to give the most complete answer in the requested demands - continues the Group's commercial director-." "Our premise is not to compete with our customers, but quite the opposite, i.e., participate, collaborate with them, for the mutual benefit."
In short, this search for the delivery of finished parts is summarized in what is in the reduction of the deadlines for delivery and cost. "It is clear - says José Maria Eguskiza - that this approach we use is responsible for end of all the processes undertaken to a single company, which is the leader of them all."
"Improve us, because we will increase our portfolio of orders and our billing, and improves the customer because you get an improvement in the prices and terms, less transportation, logistics, dedication..."
To respond to its new objectives, the company has opted for a twin-track: on the one hand, the acquisition of new equipment and, on the other hand, the already mentioned agreements with other companies for through specific partnerships, to expand services. Always basically the same idea: that there is a responsible only for a piece that integrates various processes.
