The zenith of the machine tool project intensifies cooperation between companies and technology centres in the sector
December 14, 2007
The draft zenith of the machine, "eEe-technologies advanced equipment and manufacturing processes of 2015", has favoured the creation of permanent working groups including to deepen the identified synergies between the participating companies,: "Active damping of vibrations", "Thermal compensation", "Strategies of Control for No excitation of vibrations", and the development of a "common platform of services". Latter, included in the line of the project dedicated to the e, has already spent two years of work and development and its completion is expected at the end of the year 2007. In this way, Fatronik, Ideko, Tekniker and Aotek technology centres are culminating the development of the "common platform of services" for the development of applications for the future "adaptive and autonomous" machine.
The line of the project dedicated to the e or máquina-inteligente, involving companies Fagor Automation, Correa Anayak, Zayer, Soraluce, Danobat, Danobat systems, Estarta, Lealde, Lazpiur, Ibarmia, Juaristi, Etxe-tar, NC Manufacturing and Doimak, has a budget of more than 7 million euros and it topics such as "Adaptive machine" "Autonomous machine" are working, "User interfaces advanced", "New algorithms of control", "Reliable machine" and "Converging technologies in optical encoders for position".
"eEe - advanced technology for equipment and manufacturing processes of 2015", adopted at the first session of the Cenit program managed and funded by the Centre for Industrial technological development (CDTI), and project co-gestionado by Invema, technological
AFMunitIt is the performance of r & d on a greater scale in which we work on issues related to machine tools and the largest research project carried out by the sector ever. With a duration of four years, of which have passed already eighteen months, and a budget of 29,98 EUR million, the project counts on the participation of 22 companies, representing more than 60 percent of production in the sector, and 17 bodies of research and develops four lines of work: eco-máquina, e, new processes and precision and productivity.
