Twin Carts: simple Automation

As an alternative to the double cars moving on Rails, are now available also the so-called TwinCarts.

Instead of Rails, these moving on fixed guides, which are mounted directly on the ground.

The guides are offered in two fixed lengths: 5 m for facilities of medium-sized and 6.5 m for large systems. As the engines of the TwinCart devices are mounted at the end of the guides and not, as hitherto, in the own double cart, no longer need to install a flexible duct for cables. The drive is done using axis and strap toothed.

Thanks to the easy setup of the guides, the cost of the equipment TwinCart is considerably less than the double trucks, as Assembly usually lasts one to two days.
