Betelgeux Organises the day 'Advances in the control of Listeria monocytogenes'

In front of the need to investigate and follow looking for solutions more efficient to the problematic that supposes Listeria monocytogenes,
In the day will participate the Manager Food Research Center of Nutreco Spain, Alfredo Corujo, that will speak on technicians of sampling of Listeria in the industry avícola. Tommy Rysholt, general director of Foamico, will show how optimise and control on-line the consumptions in the prevention in front of Listeria. By part of the Irta, Anna Jofré, researcher of the Program of Alimentary hygiene of the Irta, focalizará his report in the prevention of the pollution by Listeria monocytogenes in the final product, centring especially in the interventions to realizar in areas of processed and equipment.
By part of Betelgeux, Ana Rodrigo, technician of the DSC of Betelgeux, will show new solutions of cleaning and disinfection and will explain protocols of performance to implement in the alimentary industries. The adviser delegated of Betelgeux, Enrique Orihuel, will close the turn of reports explaining some of the last strategies of control of Listeria monocytogenes persistent that better results have given in the alimentary industries.
The day will realizar in the installations of the Irta the next 11 June in Monells (Gironinginga) and will have the sponsorship of Nova Engineering, Classical Urban and Intecval.
