Fremm Forms to the manufacturers of structures in the marked CE to sell in the EU

The Regional Federation of Employers of the Metal of Murcia, Fremm, will facilitate to the manufacturers of metal structures the necessary learning so that from 1 July next the production that put in the community market have the marked CE according to the norm JOINS IN 1090-1:2011, as it demands the European regulation for the products of construction that are incorporated of permanent form in edificación and in civil work.

Like first step, the business organisation organised around the middle of March an informative day to give to know the scope of the rule that will facilitate the free circulation of the products and the unification of technical requests in all the states of the European Union. The event had the participation of the general director of Cesol, Jorge Huete; of the general secretary of Fremm, José Daniel Martín; of the director of Learning of Fremm, Ramón Muñoz, and of the director of the delegation of Aenor in Murcia, Ángel Luis Sánchez.

The day gathered in Fremm to manufacturers, prescriptores and proyectistas, since the measure affects to the manufacturers of beams, pillars, lattices and columns, among others products that come elaborating in the Region, but no like this to the structural fasteners that incorporate for the assembling, when being already regulated by means of other norms.

The marked CE estimates like a legal statement of the manufacturer to guarantee to the consumers that the manufacturing of the product has realizar according to the European directive of products for the construction.

Along the day proceeded to explain the content of the Norm JOINS-IN 1090-1, how obtain a marked, the control production in factory and the certification of the processes of welding. For this, had the participation of experts of the Spanish Association of Welding and Technologies of Union, Cesol.
