Aoki Inaugurates a permanent exhibition in Japan applied to the production of containers of PET

The innovation in technology of the Japanese company Aoki, signature represented by Centrotécnica, applied to the production of containers of PET in processes of injection pulled blown, shows from the present month of December and until finals of the 2014, in a permanent exhibition in Aoki (Japan) with three gifted machines of the last technician developed to reduce time of cycle and weight of the container, keeping or even improving the quality of the same. Three practical examples of containers that have improved notably with regard to the figures with which produced to date.

An example is the garrafa of 5 litres that happens of a weight, commonly accepted in the market of 86,3 grams. Produced in a machine SBIII-250P-50L in a cycle of 22 seconds with mould of 2 cavities, to a final weight of 74 grams and in a time of cycle of almost the half: 12, 5 seconds in the same machine.  It states likewise, of a mould of two cavities, producing 576 bottles by hour, what represents 4.147.200 bottles to the year. In this production, these figures would suppose besides a saving of almost 40 tonnes of material to the year. "If besides we consider that with the reduction of time of cycle to the half produce the double or can produce the same in the half of time, this supposes for the transformer a high productivity and aprovechamiento of machine, reduction of costs, consumptions, mechanical wear and costs of maintenance as well as a more efficient production and ecological", affirm from the Japanese signature.
