The European project Hiperdry, in which it participates
The main aim of the project is to achieve an important advance, so much technological like economic, in the current state of the technology of dried of pellets pertinent of hygroscopic polymers. Inside the program of work scheduled to three years, will tackle the design and put in operation of a pilot plant in which they will combine both technologies of warming. The saving of power estimated of this process is of until 50% in comparison with the current, as well as a significant reduction in the time of dried with a better preservation of the properties of the materials. In concrete, pretends achieve a big improvement in the treatment of the materials bioplásticos, since these are very sensitive to the processes of dried, so that it minimise considerably the risk of degradation of the same.
This consortium gathers to the industrial associations of the sector of the plastic leaders in Europe: the Spaniard
The group of these organisations and companies of five countries of the EU is an initiative of cooperation inter- European for the diffusion and the exploitation of the results of the project. And it is that another of the aims of the project is the generation of new knowledges and his efficient transfer for the profit of the whole of the European industry of the plastic.
