Citizen-Miyano shows its new centers of turning in the 2013 EMO

A totally new concept of machine tool that combines multiple simultaneous processes in a compact modular structure is to great novelty of the Citizen Machinery Miyano Co. stand Ltd. - represented in Spain byEgasca-at the EMO exhibition in Hannover (pab. 26, stand F41). It is a machine with an innovative design that may have 2, 3 or 4 units of machining independent operations can be performed with that of turning, milling, grinding, measurement, etc. both from bar and from piece to piece with a high degree of productivity. Stand the center you can see also from turning tailstock model M16-VIII which is the fourth generation of machines of the M series that incorporates as a novelty a third axis 'And' and a pole of tools with axis 'B' with a rotation angle of 135 °.
Another novelty is the machine model L12: a center of turning with two heads that can rotate up to 10,000 and 15,000 rpm respectively, and whose main characteristic is that it can become tailstock headstock following a quick and simple adjustment procedure.
Visitors to the booth will also see the prototype of the latest generation of the L20 model, with post with 'B'-axis and the particularity to work simultaneously with the main head comb and post front Chuck.
As for the centers of turning headstock of Miyano, BNA-42GTY model is presented, specially designed for the machining of bars between 32 and 42 mm in diameter, taking advantage of the speed that gives Chuck Combs technology characteristic of the lathe tailstock and the power and robustness of the lathe headstock with prismatic guides. It is a center of turning 10-axis controlled in which due to the specific design of the Chuck can register up to a maximum of 45 cutting tools.
Also fixed head is two turrets and two heads BNE-51MSY model that has three axes "And" it is equipped with the latest controls of Citizen and has a few older trucks from the two turrets travels. The great functionality of the second head allows for maximum flexibility when it comes to partitioning of each of the two phases of machining times.
Finally, will be also exposed the LZ-01RY2 model with automatic loading/unloading of parts of great speed and reliability fully integrated machine that includes a unit swing with which to machine two phases of a single piece without the need of external manipulation.
