The new manufacturing method allows high torque transmission, excellent anti vibration, optimum stiffness properties of the entire system and high precision with an eccentricity below 3 µm. The resistance to deformation is 1.4 times greater than the thermal clamping. These advantages guarantee excellent surface quality of the component, faster cutting, prevents the edge of the tool breaks and increases the shelf life. Depending on the design, the combination of the axial length using a screw adjustment is possible. In addition the clamping of tools with the new HTC is easy and does not need any additional equipment.
