Couth presents its new marker in EMO 2013

Couth, Builder of tooling and tools, presented in September at EMO 2013 its marking new Couth MC 2000 180 X 45 deep scratch.
Couth 2000 180 x 45 MC team, is a deep scratch marking system, specially designed for integration into production lines, and suitable for parts with subsequent treatments, good finish and presentation. It is equipped with a cylinder of great insight, and high speed servo motors.
Marking, is quiet, fast, and very deep in all kinds of parts they are rolled, forged, stamped, etc., of steel or other metallic material or not. Thanks to the depth of markup, it is especially recommended in parts carrying blued rear as painted, galvanized treatment, etc., because the markup is perfectly visible after the treatment.
A cylinder of great insight that introduces the striped punch to great depth, and special motors to overcome significant efforts generated in operations from scratch, has been incorporated in the marking unit, which once embedded the punch, there are drag it to form characters, logos, etc.
