Practices and methodologies to control hazards associated with the facilities affected by Royal Decree 1254 / 1999 serious accidents have improved substantially in the past 20 years, however, serious accidents continue to take place. An accident is usually the result of the failure of the system of risk management, either in their design or implementation. The analysis of industrial accidents to determine the causes is a good strategy to understand how to prevent accidents. How can check that the management system is working properly to prevent accidents? The object of this course is to give answer to this question by illustrating examples and experiences of best safety practices that apply to European companies. The experiences illustrate the synergies between leadership, culture of safety and process safety.
The key elements of the management system shall be reviewed and guides and guidelines will come to establish, maintain, and measure indicators of process industry security.
The course aims to be interactive and involve professional attendees to share knowledge and experience of the different systems of management of security and its implementation.
Sessions will be taught by expert consultants in the Seveso risk analysis and management system of security that have been professionals active in companies and have solid experience of Spanish and European companies. There will also be the point of view of a verifier.
This course is aimed at:
- Seveso installations: general managers, production managers, responsible for technical, of quality, environment, work, shopping and commercial risk prevention.
- Advisers, legal and technical consultants and approved control bodies.
The program will be taught in two consecutive days, in the morning from 9:30 to 14:00 h, and later from 15:00 to 19:00 h. in the Hotel NH Príncipe de Bergara (C/Príncipe de Bergara No. 92), Madrid.

Registration:
The registration will take place by sending to Bequinor the corresponding form (fax or e-mail), accompanied by a copy of the proof of the transfer to the bank account: 0234-0001-09-9015255765 indicating the name of the wizard and 'Course SGS'.
Cancellations must be communicated by fax to Bequinor. For cancellations received before September 11, will be refunded 80% of the amount paid, retaining 20% in management costs. If they are received after that date, will retain 100% of the fee. Bequinor reserves the right to modify the dates of the course or to cancel it. In this case, the fees paid will be returned.
