Izar, example of ‘organisation socially responsible' according to Cointegra
10 April 2013
In the concrete case of Izar have valued the autonomous and participatory gestión of the people that integrate it, through the concept of mini-companies. This is a model for the autonomous gestión of small units of the company with activities and common aims, based in the work in team for the attainment of aims shared, centred in the improvement of the satisfaction of the customer, the efficiency and the internal operation.
IZAR Began with pilot experiences of mini-companies in broaches, tools and temper, where the workers have learnt to lidiar with different types of machines thanks to the learning in all they what, between other things, has achieved that it disappear the intermediate stock of tool.
Thanks to the good operation of this system where the worker, thanks to the new responsibilities that assumes, purchases a singular leadership and a big implication in the improvement of the process, said concept has moved to other three areas: warehouse, maintenance and cutting, with the sight put in that in a next future administration and sales also become part of the system. Nowadays they are 120 the included people in the six mini-active companies in Izar.
