Izar, case of study in the Parlament European

One of the keys is that the workers-shareholders keep a vision and a commitment on a long-term basis of the business, without mattering them too much the movement of his actions in the short term.
This study reviews the development of said participation in the Europe of the 27 and shows a positive dynamics between the years 2000 and 2009, in spite of the financial crisis. For this analyse eight cases of all Europe with the intention to identify and promote the best practical to continental level and one of these eight cases is precisely the one of Izar. The study does upsetting in the path of the company along his more than centenarian history, underlining the sacrifices that had to realise his workers in the decade of the 90 to be able to do charge of the company until turning into it what is nowadays, a European referent in the manufacture and innovation in tool of cut of quality, whose products export to more than 80 markets of all the world. Without forgetting his social commitment, so much inside the company, promoting the durable employment of quality, as in the society in which it assent , through numerous contributions.
The work detains to analyse the structure of gobernanza of Izar (board of directors, board of shareholders…), that contributes to that all the realities of the company see represented and have his quota of participation in the gestión of the same. Also recalca positively the commitment of the Biscayan signature with the employment of long length and, simultaneously, with the voluntary acquisition of actions by part of the workers, what to his time turns them into proprietary of his future.
