Guibe Has Fagor Automation in his process of internationalisation

Lauko Commissioned of the modernisation of the talladoras of the Gipuzkoan company, integrating the CNC 8055 of Fagor Automation.

Responsible of Fagor Automation visited the installations of Guibe, more specifically the workshop, where could speak on foot of machine with one of the experts talladores of the company, Ascensio Iturbe. Although it still shows a sense to the ancient machines, with which so many hours of work has shared along the years, shows loved me with the five machines modernizadas in the workshop: “Really, the form to operate of the talladora (advances, speeds, tools used, lubricación…) has not miscellaneous substantially, but the integration of the numerical control CNC 8055 of Fagor Automation in the machines yes that it has facilitated us a lot the work to the operarios. Although so much or more important that the own control is the software that incorporates, developed also by Fagor Automation but with a very active participation by part of Guibe”, explains.

The automation of the talladora does that it diminish the responsibility of the operario in front of possible errors. The own control (or, better said, the software) informs us when any of the values entered in the machine is erroneous”, adds. And it continues: “the usual in Guibe is to realise the cut of unitary series. As a lot, I think that we have arrived to realise any of some 40 pieces. Therefore the software is also very important, by the flexibility that contributes to the machine; it integrates staff of mechanised, where only have to enter the parameters that indicates us the plane of the piece to attain processed automatic”. Also it allows to record in the program the most used tools to be able to go back to them tightening only a button.
