Formadores German present in FREMM the dual learning to the profesorado murciano

Representatives of the Camera of Trade of Hannover and of the business sector of the German State of Drop Sajonia have presented the system of dual learning been still in his country to a group of 25 directors and professors of Institutes of Secondary Education of the Region. The meeting celebrated to first of November in the installations of the Regional Federation of Employers of the Metal of Murcia (Fremm), where proceeded likewise to the selection of 21 engineers and nurses interested in working in this German State inside the Program Bienvenido, signed this year between the patronal of the Metal and the Institute for the Education of the Economy of Drop Sajonia (BNM).

The presentation of the system of Dual Learning was directed to show to the profesorado Spanish in what consists and how develops in Germany this educational road that combines studies and learning, in addition to adjusting the formative demand to the needs of employment of the companies, place in where the alumnado develops his practices, whereas the theoretical part develops in an educational centre. During the meeting, the representatives of the Camera of Trade of Hannover and of BNW had occasion to clear the doubts and exposed approaches by the profesorado during the meeting.

After the exhibition, members of BNW exposed the Welcome project to Haanover, headed to students of greater professional learning of 18 years, to those who offers the option to realise practices during 3 months in companies of Drop Sajonia, with option to remain in Germany preparing inside the model of dual learning according to the valid agreements in this country. This initiative is supported by the German government, as it commented to the profesorado.

On the other hand, the delegation germana of employers has remained during two days in Murcia to select to a group of 21 engineers and nurses to cover the lack of professionals in this State of the Northwest of Germany, like consequence of the demographic change observed in the zone and attributed by the visitors to the favourable development of the country. In addition to diplomados in infirmary, the group chosen between the 120 aspiring professionals, correspond to engineers of plants and pipes, mechanics, of production, of control of production, steam and pressesure; of technologies of ventilation and geólogos, among others.

The new group will incorporate in the weeks to come to his works in Drop Sajonia, where are already the ten electricians that operate in companies of the zone from two months ago. “We are very proud of them. They work very well and have a good theoretical base. They have achieved already his agreement and have learnt of them”, assessment realised by Torben Bohler of BNW, the one who stood out that the experience with this first group encouraged to employers and politicians of the zone to support the project developed by the institute and presented to the profesorado murciano.
