Ultrasonic union has managed to establish itself not only because it is a clean and safe procedure with excellent reproducibility.

Very short cycle times enable also an economic manufacture: 0.2 to 1 second for plastic welding and rarely more than 1 second after retention time for solidification of the mass in the union area. The time needed for loading and manual unloading of welding parts usually exceed the mere time machine (consisting at the time of welding, retention and movement of approach and retreat of the sonotrode), thus determining the quantity of processed parts on standard computers. The semi-automatic operating mode by means of the rotary table equipment can substantially increase the rate of production; an important factor for the manufacture of articles en masse.

According to the conditions of production specific user, rotary table equipment can be supplied with electric actuator for dish remote control with different divisions or steps. The standard model has 6 divisions (option: 4 and 8).

In combination with a Branson microprocessor-driven welding equipment, rotary table team could help to increase the rate of production, minimizing the amount of parts of rejection thanks to the always homogeneous power, even in complex applications.

For a change or readjustment of production, plate the rotary table equipped with the tools of accommodation can easily replaced by another.

The change of the welding tools also requires a minimal expenditure of time. For the adjustment mode, rotary table equipment can be switched to single cycle.
