Table XY with precision of 50 um: for positioning of obleas photovoltaic
Compact table for fast and precise positioning of obleas photovoltaic. With some external dimensions of 225 x 225 x 80 mm, and thanks to his structure based in cinematic parallel, can realise travel of until ten millimetres and twists of until 4º in the horizontal plane, with precision of 50 micras, in less than half second.
It has designed to correct the error of positioning of the obleas photovoltaic during his manufacture, that will be measured by a system of vision and compensated with the movement of this table, allowing a solution of high productivity and low cost.
